PRODUCTS
Our Products Advantages:

PET
Pile Eche Tester
PET Uses the pulse-echo method (PEM), for pile integrity testing (PIT). A pile test starts when the pile top is struck with a handheld hammer and the PET digital accelerometer records the reflected waves on the computer screen. The resulting signal (reflectogram) readily provides information regarding the pile's length and integrity.
This is the primary method used in the industry for a quick pile integrity test, to control the quality of piles on a site with a large number of piles.
Two PET versions are available:
PT001 - PET Pro USB
PT002 - PET Bluetooth.
Fully supports the following standards:
[ASTM D5882-16], [AFNOR P160-2,4]
CHUM
Cross Hole Ultrasonic Monitor
with Tomography support
CHUM supports Cross Hole Sonic Logging (CSL) for testing the integrity of deep pile foundations. It also supports Single Hole Ultrasonic Testing (SHUT, SSL) and enables on-site tomography measurements for real-time two-dimensional Tomography (2DT) presentation. Based on that tomography data, off-site true three-dimensional (3D) Tomography (3DT,CSLT) analysis can be presented.
CHUM CSL test, is the primary method used in the industry for high-resolution integrity testing of large drilled piles (ACIP)
Fully supports the following standards:
ASTM D6760-16, AFNOR NF P 94-160-1 (2000)

BIT
Borehole Inclination Tester
BIT quickly and accurately measures the inclination (verticality) of a dry/wet borehole during and after drilling - without the need for a heavy caliper. It uses the drill machine bucket as a centralizer for its sensor. Custom-made centralizers are available too.
It can also test a pile inclination - without the need for special expensive inclinometer tubes with grooves. A centralizer fitted to the available access tube guides the BIT inclination sensor.
BIT is based on gyro technology, to enable simple, fast, and productive inclination testing, with a very lightweight system that can be handled by a single operator.
Fully supports the standard:
ASTM D8232 - 18
PSI
Parallel Seismic Instrument
PSI uses the well-known Parallel Seismic method to establish the depth of existing pile foundations where the superstructure (i.e. existing building) precludes access to the pile's head. This is usually required when renovating or expanding old buildings and bridges that intend to use the existing original structure piles.
The test requires the installation of a plastic access tube filled with water that is parallel and as close as possible to the tested pile. The tube should be carried down to a depth exceeding the assumed pile length by a margin of 8-10m. In unsaturated soils, the tube is firmly grouted in the hole to achieve good coupling with the surrounding soil.
PSI2 is compliant with the following standards:
AFNOR NF P94-160-3 and ASTM D8381-21
